The bracelet I ordered arrived so quickly and is exactly what I expected based on the photos. There was an error with thr personalisation (completely my fault) and the team helped solve the error and responded super quickly. The gift was for mother's day and my mum was very pleased.

Stunning piece of jewellery now initialled with my husband & kids' initials on one heart and my parents' initials on the other so this will be a forever sentimental piece for me.
